In this pivotal role, you will manage high-value accounts, expand our product into new regions, and execute sales strategies to increase market share. You will work closely with the Head of Business and collaborate with various teams to support overall company goals. Identify new business opportunities and establish partnerships with key stakeholders, including hospitals, clinics, and distributors worldwide. Scale this Business Unit to establish it as a cornerstone of the company’s global operations. Work closely with the Head of Business to ensure alignment with the company’s strategic objectives. Collaborate with marketing, QA/RA/CA, and product teams to synchronize strategies and support overall company goals. Represent AZmed at global medical imaging events, congresses, and conferences to secure strategic deals and expand the company's global presence. Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and customer feedback to continuously refine sales strategies and enhance product-market fit. Required skills Sales Expertise: 5+ years of experience within the health tech industry, with a solid track record in selling software to healthcare providers and distributors. Medical Imaging Knowledge: Experience in sales within the medical imaging market is a significant plus. Leadership and Management Skills: Proven ability to recruit, lead, and manage sales and account managers teams. Language Proficiency: Native or fluent English speaker. Proficiency in additional languages would be an asset (including French, Arabic, Hindi, or Nordic languages). Communication and Negotiation Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to influence and close deals with a diverse range of clients. Autonomous and Collaborative: Capable of working independently while fostering collaboration across departments to achieve shared goals.
