Located on the southern coast in the heart of the university campus of the IUT, the residence has 44 rooms of 9m². This complex is complemented by a kitchen and restrooms on each floor, a television room, a laundry, and internet access via WIFI. At the foot of the residence, the Crous restaurant and cafeteria offer a wide range of services from breakfast to traditional meals. Access to the beaches and the city center is relatively easy by bus, bike, or on foot. 12-MONTH LEASE: starting from the university academic year in the La Réunion academy. WARNING!!!
