Located on the southern coast in the heart of the university campus of the IUT, the residence has 186 studios of 16.70m², 9 accessible studios of 18.69m², and 5 T1Bis of 24.53m². The building includes a television room and a laundry. At the foot of the residence, the restaurant and cafeteria of the Crous offer a wide range of services from breakfast to traditional meals. Access to the beaches and the city center is relatively easy by bus, bike, or on foot. 12-MONTH LEASE: starting from the university academic year in the La Réunion academy. WARNING!!! Allocation is based on social criteria (priority to national education scholarship holders) and according to available housing.
