The Saulcy university residence has 944 accommodations in the heart of the Saulcy campus, spread across seven buildings (from P1 to P7). Immediately nearby is the (S)pace' Saulcy, which includes the Market’ Rimbaud grocery store and Station P0 (a relaxation and coworking space). The campus also hosts the Resto U’ Verlaine.
The residence has undergone a large-scale redevelopment program with the renovation of P2 in 2021, P1 and P5 in 2022, P3 in 2023, and the P4 building in 2024.

Short stays Building P5 of Saulcy offers hotel services reserved for staff of CROUS, higher education, or the National Education, students, young professionals, and seasonal workers. Requests for short stays can be made to the residence throughout the year.
