Residence Le Bouguen Residence built in 1992 and 1996 for the studio buildings and renovated in 2022 for the room building. It includes:
126 comfort rooms of 9 m²; 18 large comfort rooms of 12 to 14 m²; 208 T1 studios of 18 to 26 m²; 21 T1 bis studios of 35 to 44 m²;
This U' residence is located at the entrance of the Bouguen campus, near the UFR Sciences, Clous, Clous Hall, and the U' Armen restaurant. The residence is equipped with a laundromat, a bike garage, private parking, a common room, and several study rooms. 14 accessible units (rooms and T1 bis studios). They are served by lines 1, 9, and 10 - stop: Universités - and are close to the U' L’Armen restaurant. Reception open from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM Monday to Friday, with a night watchman present from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM 7 days a week. Partial opening on weekends, centralized at the Kergoat site in case of closure (4 rue Matthieu Gallou)
