Join our team as a Customer Success Manager for the wines and spirits sector. You will be at the heart of client relations, managing contract renewals, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty, and contributing to the retention and average basket increase strategy. You will work from our headquarters in Bordeaux, with occasional travel in France and internationally. Manage contract renewals and ensure the retention of our portfolio. Analyze churn causes, define a recovery strategy, and lead reactivation efforts with lost or inactive clients. Identify and realize upsell opportunities with new markets or services offered through our innovations. Training & Experience Bac+4/5 — Business School or equivalent university background 10 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or B2B client relations Knowledge of the wine or spirits sector is essential International work experience or experience in an Anglo-Saxon environment is valued Fluent in French and English is essential (international clientele). Proficiency in Spanish or Italian will be a real asset. Comfortable with CRM tools (HubSpot appreciated) and tracking dashboards. Strong data and tech sensitivity. WSET certifications appreciated.
