Join the Roullier Group, an international player in the agri-food sector. As a Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for the entire supply chain scope, from inter-functional coordination to data structuring, as well as managing multi-site needs and monitoring stock levels. You will lead a team of 4 people and work closely with the various subsidiaries and departments of the company. The position is based in Saint-Malo, a dynamic and attractive city on the Breton coast. Lead and motivate the Supply Chain team by proposing tailored solutions in line with the group’s standards. Develop, implement, and facilitate the committees within the scope, relying on management tools and strategic performance indicators. Validate and coordinate the needs of industrial sites and subsidiaries, structuring this decision-making through a rigorous multi-criteria analytical approach. <p <strong Desired Profile</strong  :</p <p With a Bac +5 degree (engineering school or master's specialized in Supply Chain, logistics, or industrial management), you have at least 8 years of professional experience in Supply Chain within a demanding multi-site industrial environment.<br Ideally, you have already structured a Supply Chain within an organization, preferably in bulk activities and/or heavy industry.<br Strong knowledge of theoretical and practical principles: MRP, S&OP, DDMRP, Lean, inventory management.<br Proficiency in IT tools (ERP, BI, advanced Excel). Comfortable with data, analysis, and KPI-driven management.<br Leadership, rigor, collaborative spirit, and a sense of internal/external customer service.<br You have the ability to manage complex projects, analyze and anticipate risks, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure performance monitoring while optimizing processes.<br Proficiency in English is essential.
