As a Customer Success Manager in an internship, you will support our Customer Success team to ensure the best possible experience for our clients. You will participate in managing client relationships, monitoring campaigns, and contributing to client satisfaction and retention. This internship is an opportunity to develop your skills in customer service, digital advertising, and project management. Assist the Customer Success Managers in the daily management of client accounts and participate in the onboarding of new clients. Monitor the delivery and performance of advertising campaigns, and contribute to the production of regular reports. You have great organization, attention to detail, and a proactive approach. You have the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
