You will be responsible for setting up your section, welcoming guests, coordinating with the Chef de Rang, and ensuring the quality of service. Previous experience in fine dining or high-end restaurants is required, along with proficiency in French and English. The restaurant operates two services from Thursday to Monday, and the schedule may include split shifts (with a bonus).
