As a member of the Customer Onboarding team, you will be responsible for managing client deployments, continuously improving internal processes, and providing customer support. This position is 100% remote but requires regular on-site visits to clients. Lead a client deployment from start to finish, defining the implementation schedule and ensuring client training. Participate in improving internal processes and contribute to product developments by joining a squad alongside a Product Owner. Excellent interpersonal skills and impeccable oral and written communication; you know how to engage, simplify, and create connections. A dynamic personality: your training sessions are never boring. Rigor, organization, and the ability to juggle multiple clients simultaneously. A minimum B2 level of English: we also deploy internationally!
