You will be at the heart of our customer relationship, managing daily requests and contributing to the improvement of the customer experience. Manage customer relations on a daily basis, end-to-end, by responding to requests via email, phone, and WhatsApp. Analyze and resolve technical requests related to activation, billing, cancellation, renewal, coverage, and unpaid invoices. Contribute to the improvement of internal processes and tools by collaborating with the Sales, Product, Insurance, and Operations teams. You are fluent in French and Spanish, both written and spoken. You have prior experience in customer relations or support. You are motivated by customer service and are not afraid to pick up the phone 15 times a day. You are pedagogical and can explain complex concepts in a simple and accessible way. You remain calm under pressure and find solutions even in tense situations. You are curious and seek to understand before acting. You are rigorous and performance-oriented: you enjoy tracking your results and improving.
