Join Recyclivre and Reciclibros as a Growth / Acquisition Manager B2C and B2B. You will be responsible for structuring and accelerating the growth of our platforms by driving the acquisition and activation of our users in France and Spain. You will have a direct impact on our mission to promote reading and sustainability. Develop the acquisition of new B2C customers, sellers, and donors on the e-commerce site and the buyback app. Design, implement, and manage Paid Media acquisition campaigns with a test & learn approach. Develop the acquisition of new B2B customers for professional offerings. You enjoy teamwork and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You have a Bac+5 (Master's or equivalent) degree in marketing, digital/e-commerce, or business school. You have at least 3 years of experience in digital growth/acquisition and a true strategic mindset: you know how to think of effective and coherent systems. You are both data-driven and creative: you analyze performance precisely while imagining campaigns that capture attention. You thrive in a dynamic environment of a rapidly growing company. You master Google Ads as well as the main Paid levers (Meta, etc.) and know how to manage performance and branding-oriented campaigns. You are comfortable with marketing automation tools and understand the challenges of user journeys and conversion. You enjoy testing new tools and seeing their potential. You are rigorous, organized, curious, proactive, and always on the lookout for new acquisition trends and advertising formats. You speak Spanish (mandatory).
