Join our team as a Social Listening & Reputation Analyst. You will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing the visibility of our international clients in the reputation ecosystem. You will track weak signals on social media and in the media, synthesize reputation-related information, and contribute to the production of media monitoring reports. This position is ideal for those with knowledge of social media and the media ecosystem in China, as well as a passion for communication and reputation. Monitor weak signals on social media and in the media to detect, categorize, and analyze sensitive information. Synthesize reputation-related information, assess risk levels, and report alerts. Set up and optimize monitoring tools, identify relevant information sources, and coordinate teams to ensure comprehensive and qualitative coverage of key topics. Knowledge of social media and the media ecosystem in China. Interest in communication and reputation-related topics. A curious, analytical, and synthesizing mindset. Excellent oral and written communication skills. An organized, proactive, flexible, and rigorous individual. Fluent in Chinese and English is essential. 1 to 3 years of experience with analyzing Chinese media through monitoring platforms such as Talkwalker, Meltwater, Digimind, Brandwatch (knowledge of Boolean logic, categorization setup, dashboard creation) and social media analysis.
