As a Junior Lawyer in Business Law, you will be integrated into the legal team and participate in the legal structuring of real estate financing operations, drafting and negotiating legal documentation, as well as coordinating operations with internal and external stakeholders. Your experience and qualities Hold a Master’s degree in business law/contract law, you have at least 1 year of experience as a business law/contract law lawyer in a company or law firm; You are autonomous, proactive, meticulous, dynamic, but above all motivated to work in a team in a hyper-growth company; Experience with a fiduciary would be a real asset; Proficiency in English is required, and knowledge of Spanish would be appreciated.
