You will be responsible for transporting the youth to the service, ensuring compliance with collective living rules, and managing administrative follow-up. You will also assess the linguistic abilities of the youth and guide them towards a coherent and realistic project. Ensure the transportation of youth to the service, oversee the proper implementation of collective living rules, and manage the administrative follow-up of the youth. Assess the linguistic abilities of the youth to facilitate communication and professional integration. A state diploma in social action (Bac+ 2/3) is required, and you should be familiar with the actors in social intervention. Ideally, you have prior experience with unaccompanied minors, including internships or civic service. With excellent interpersonal skills, you will be required to build a trusting relationship with the youth. To better support our audiences, you must be proficient in English. Ideally, you speak or have some knowledge of Arabic or Fulani.
