Join Fidal, a leader in consulting and auditing in France. As an arbitration intern, you will participate in managing arbitration procedures, conduct legal research, prepare notes, and draft project acts and briefs. You will also have the opportunity to participate in team meetings, interact with clients, and attend hearings. This internship will allow you to develop your knowledge in international commercial arbitration and investment, as well as in arbitration litigation. Participate in the follow-up of arbitration cases and be involved in the various stages of managing the procedures. Contribute to legal research, the preparation of notes, as well as the drafting of project acts and briefs. Participate in team meetings and exchanges with clients, and attend certain hearings or procedural meetings when possible. You are a trainee lawyer, registered at an IEJ preparing for the CRFPA, or a Master 2 student in arbitration law, international law, business law, or private law.
A first experience in a law firm, in arbitration or litigation, would be appreciated.
With excellent interpersonal skills, you demonstrate rigor, curiosity, adaptability, and a good team spirit.
An excellent command of English is required. Proficiency in Arabic would be appreciated.
