As an International Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering training in France and internationally, evaluating national trainers, and implementing tracking tools associated with training activities. You will also be the guardian of the brand image and participate in the development of educational engineering. Deliver training according to the company's protocols, ensure product knowledge and practical training for distributors. Participate in the development of educational engineering related to the company's activities, evaluate and adjust the various protocols developed by the brand. Be a brand representative during training sessions, demonstrations, and conventions, and occasionally advise and sell the brand's products to our VIP clients/doctors. You should have at least a CAP in Aesthetics or equivalent in the cosmetic/aesthetic sector. You already have experience as a trainer as well as experience as an aesthetician (spa, high-end institute). Your fluent English allows you to communicate daily in a professional context and address English-speaking clients; proficiency in Spanish is a plus. A natural sense of customer relations is essential for you. You are proficient in the Office Suite. Excellent teaching skills and active listening are also necessary.
