As an E-commerce Project Assistant, you will participate in improving the shopping experience and the smooth operation of our online sales sites. You will work closely with our Web Agency and various internal departments. This internship is a unique opportunity to contribute to a concrete project and to develop both professionally and personally. Monitor the daily operational functionality of all e-commerce sites, analyze anomalies, and propose corrective measures. Participate in managing the product backlog, create and execute testing procedures, train and support users. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the customer journey, propose enhancements, and implement operational actions. Currently pursuing a degree at the bac +3/4 level in commerce or equivalent, you ideally have a minimum of 6 months of experience in e-commerce or digital project management. You have excellent interpersonal skills, allowing you to interact and build relationships with people from very different backgrounds and responsibilities. In this position, you will be required to work in coordination with our Web Agency as well as various internal departments. Your listening skills enable you to quickly and accurately identify customer needs, and your agility allows you to find efficient solutions. Detail-oriented and organized, you know how to operate with pragmatism, order, and method to effectively complete your tasks without overlooking any details. Your adaptability allows you to take on challenges and quickly develop new skills. Your ability to synthesize information enables you to produce relevant reports and presentations on your activities. You are proficient in: The Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) – intermediate level Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud (SFCC) or another CMS solution/certification would be a plus. Proficiency in another language is an advantage (English, Portuguese, Spanish, Italian, German, Chinese, Japanese). You are sensitive and motivated by our project.
