Contribute to the continuous improvement of claims processes and tools, and participate in the analysis of performance indicators. We are looking for a professional in property and casualty claims: You have at least 3 years of experience in managing property and casualty claims within an insurer, a broker, or a specialized player. You master the technical fundamentals: compensation agreements, understanding of coverage, detailed analysis of liabilities, assessment of damages, and understanding the economic stakes of a case. You enjoy complex cases, technical subjects, and situations where your analysis truly makes a difference. You know how to take a stand with discernment and rigor. You are convinced that a claim is a strategic moment for the client relationship, and that technical demands and human quality are not incompatible.
