Join Erborian, an innovative cosmetics brand. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be at the heart of the customer experience, managing commercial and logistical interactions with our retailers. You will work closely with internal and external teams to ensure optimal customer satisfaction. Ensure the entry, tracking, and coordination of customer orders, as well as the management of invoices, credits, returns, and exchanges. Be one of the operational contact points for a portfolio of distributor clients, respond to customer inquiries, and participate in dispute management.
