Join our team as a Junior Customer Service Representative. You will be at the heart of our Digital department, contributing to the satisfaction of our boutique and e-shop customers. Your tasks will include handling complex requests, responding to customer reviews, engaging with the Personal Shopper community, and collaborating with our Production department. You will also participate in cross-functional projects to enhance the customer experience. Handle complex requests sent by our Customer Service provider, provide responses to our French and international customers. Monitor and respond to Google reviews worldwide, manage private messages on Instagram, and handle Trustpilot reviews. Participate in providing feedback to our customer service provider (tools, procedures, collections). <p Student currently in training (bac +4 to bac +5), attracted to Service and Customer Experience. You have a good level of English. Your spelling and syntax are impeccable. You are organized, responsive, and meticulous.
