The 2026 Finance Law modifies the eligibility conditions for certain training courses under the Personal Training Account (CPF) and the terms and conditions under which you can use your rights. Service Public explains.

Article 203 of the 2026 Finance Law established CPF usage caps.
The implementing decree, in force since February 26, 2026, sets the following thresholds:
If these caps are exceeded, the remainder will be covered by the beneficiary or by a third party funder (the employer if you are an employee, the State, the regional council, a skills operator - Opco...).
Since February 21, 2026, new eligibility rules govern the use of CPF for driving license exam preparation.
