Is your business affected by the significant rise in fuel prices? Several forms of assistance are available right now. Here’s an overview.

Urssaf allows employers and self-employed workers to obtain an extended payment deadline for contributions (without late penalties) of up to 12 months (or longer in case of a "special situation").
It is mandatory to have paid your employee contributions to obtain this extension.
Late penalties are waived if the company adheres to the granted payment deadline.
Self-employed individuals can also:
request a reduction in the provisional amounts of contributions (the amount will then be updated according to your actual income);
apply to Urssaf for social action assistance from the Council for the Protection of Self-Employed Workers (CPSTI).

To assist businesses facing the rise in fuel prices, the Flash Fuel Loan has been established. It is intended for very small enterprises (TPE) and small and medium-sized enterprises (PME) with fewer than 50 employees (intermediate-sized enterprises and sole proprietorships are not eligible).
Granted without guarantee, the amount of this 36-month loan can range from €5,000 to €50,000. Its interest rate is set at 3.80%. The first repayment of the loan can be made after a period of 12 months.
Businesses wishing to obtain this loan must:
have fuel expenses representing at least 5% of their turnover;
have been established for more than a year;
operate in one of the following sectors: transport, agriculture, or fishing;
not be subject to collective proceedings;
have a borrower insurance for Death-PTIA (Total and Irreversible Loss of Autonomy): titleContent mandatory at 100%;
have an accountant.
It will be possible to obtain this loan starting Monday, April 13. The application will be made online only at Bpi France, and a response will be provided within 48 hours.
