Given the consequences of the conflict in the Middle East (de facto closure of the Strait of Hormuz, disruptions in air traffic in the Middle Eastern area), the activity of certain companies may have been impacted.
Thus, the Ministry of Labor offers companies the possibility to apply for partial activity if they experience supply chain disruptions in raw materials directly related to the conflict.
Affected companies must demonstrate:
by any means that their activity is directly affected by the conflict;
that they were unable to implement "alternative measures to compensate for the decrease in activity".
The DDETS: titleContent examines eligibility for partial activity on a case-by-case basis.
