Entreprendre Service Public, in partnership with the Directorate General of Enterprises (DGE), offers you a new simulator that allows you to list your social obligations based on your company's current workforce and your hiring forecasts. It will only take you 3 minutes.

Accessible online, the hiring social obligations simulator allows you to list:

the obligations you must fulfill based on your company's workforce;
-
new obligations related to hiring new employees.
First, you need to provide information regarding your company's workforce, specifically the number of:

permanent employees (CDI);
-
fixed-term employees (CDD) or intermittent contracts;
-
temporary workers or employees made available;
-
apprentices;
-
An "Others" option (e.g., employees in portage salarial) is also available.
After filling in this information, your obligations are compiled and categorized as follows:

Social declarations (e.g., DSN);
-
Social obligations towards your employees (e.g., establishing a if the threshold of 11 employees has been reached for 12 consecutive months);
You can download these obligations in PDF format and access support tools (other simulators, information sheets, etc.).
Finally, this simulator also allows you to anticipate the obligations applicable for future hires. Just indicate the number of planned hires.
