An exceptional aid, capped at €60,000 per company, is created for transport companies to address the increase in fuel prices caused by the conflict in the Middle East.
This aid concerns road transport companies established in France and employing fewer than 1,000 employees.
These companies must have as their main activity the public transport of goods or collective passenger transport or health transport (excluding taxis).
Eligible vehicles for the aid are those belonging to category M2: titleContent or M3: titleContent, ambulances, light sanitary vehicles, and vehicles belonging to category N: titleContent or M1: titleContent.
These vehicles must be as of March 1, 2026:

operated for public road transport by the beneficiary company of the aid;
compliant with the requirements of the technical control regulations.
Companies with unpaid tax or social debts as of December 31, 2024, are not eligible for the aid.
Unless these debts:
have been paid;
are covered by a payment plan;
are less than or equal to €1,500.
The amount granted varies from one company to another. This amount is equal to the sum of the products, by vehicle category, of the number of vehicles operated by the company.
